A separate entrance leads to the apartment. The Morillenhang is a 30km / h zone and is located in a green district. Behind the house is a water reserve, which guarantees peace. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, bakers, hairdressers, pharmacy, opticians a florist and various restaurants. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV and a balcony with seating. In the second bedroom there is a sleeping coach, a wardrobe and a PC workstation. The bright and spacious living area is equipped with a feel-good sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, PC workstation and balcony with seating. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table with 4 chairs and also a balcony.
