Such space, brightness and luxury. This no longer feels like a chalet but, like a real house! The owner designed it himself together with the makers of Duntep, making it a unique chalet. There is only one of these. There is a PVC floor. From the comfortable seating area you have a view of the lovely garden and through a large ceiling-to-floor window you look out on the greenery. It looks like a living painting! There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German TV channels. There is also a cosy seating area near a special ‘Infinity’ gas fireplace that can be operated by remote control, heating both inside and outside. You can look out through the fireplace into the garden and vice versa! The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.brbrBathroom and toiletbrThe bathroom also offers plenty of space. It is modernly equipped, with a large shower cubicle and sink combination with cabinet, drawers and mirror. The beach stretches along the coast and a quiet spot can be found at any time of the year. The accommodation is close to a small playground, where a ping-pong table also invites the older ones to play. Parking is available in the central car park. In addition, there is a single parking spot right by the house.brbrUPDATE:brIn spring 2023, the ground floor of Belkmerduinen 5 was completely renovated. A beautiful, modern kitchen has been installed. The floor has been renewed and the walls and ceiling have also been renovated.
