The famous imperial palace is also only 500 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Goslar is the perfect starting point for hikers and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and fantastic views.brbrThe holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. From November the flat is now ready for rent and enchants with its new splendour.brThe living area offers you a seating area with a generous sleeping function for 2 people. A dining table for 6 people. A flat screen TV (satellite) and a Bluetooth box for entertainment. There is also a small desk for children to colour or for the businessman to read emails. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 12 people. From spring to autumn, you can go on beautiful hikes and swim in the nearby lakes. On snow-free days, it is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. There are many places for mountaineers and numerous GEOcatching points. Motorcyclists love the area, as the most beautiful routes in Germany can be found here in fairytale-like natural surroundings. Beautiful natural landscapes, forests, mountains, crystal-clear mountain lakes and numerous monuments and sights in the surrounding area make Hahnenklee a magnetic centre for tourists. Hahnenklee is a popular climatic health resort and winter sports area. Guests visit at all times of the year. The nearby cable car takes you quickly up the Bocksberg and you can ski or sledge back down again. Even without snow thanks to the summer toboggan run. brIn winter there are trails for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing or simply relaxing in the Harz Nature Park or just enjoying the day and evening on our balcony. There are plenty of excursion destinations such as Goslar, Bad Harzburg, Osterrode, Weringerrode ec. We were in the Harz ourselves for the first time in June 2020 and we really liked it, which is why we have created a holiday home here to be able to offer the great region. The Brocken, as the Bocksberg is also called, has been a place shrouded in legend since the Middle Ages. It is said that the witches dance here with the Incarnate One on Walpurgis Night, the night from 30 April to 1 May. Goethe also told us about this in Walpurgis Night's Dream.
