The terrace with fenced garden invites you to sunbathe. Garden furniture and a parasol round off the cosy atmosphere. The owners have actually furnished the house for their own use in a modern style and with a lot of love. Since 2017, we have also been renting out Möwe 16 to holiday guests. The modern living room is flooded with light thanks to its large windows. A living and seating area offers you plenty of space to linger. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection and the stereo system ensure cosy family evenings. WLAN is available free of charge for streaming music or simply checking the weather on your tablet or mobile phone. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment. You will find everything you need for everyday cooking. Coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, mixer and toaster are part of the kitchen equipment. Crockery and cutlery for 12 people are also available. Small items such as a can opener and corkscrew can be found in the kitchen drawers. The dining room between the kitchen and living room is furnished with a large wooden table and 6 chairs. Here the whole family can eat together or play board games. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin. A further bathroom with shower, WC and two washbasins is located on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is larger than the bathroom downstairs and is equipped with a washing machine. Built in 1910, the building was taken over by the Catholic church in 1952 and from then on served as a home for the sexton couple, who looked after the church, which was also built on the site in 1952. In 2015, the church was deconsecrated and we had the opportunity to acquire the ensemble of buildings. From here, you can explore the countryside on a network of cycle paths stretching over 200 kilometres.
