An oak staircase lead up to the first floor where you will find all three bedrooms, a double with its own ensuite shower room, another double and a twin share a spacious family bathroom.Stairs then lead up to the amazing roof terrace, where you can enjoy panromantic views of the countryside and Pomos bay.Outside the villa does not disappoint with a wrap around covered terrace totaling 60sqm with seating and dining options as well as a gas BBQ, the ideal spot for a morning coffee or reading a good book.Steps lead down to the sunny pool area, the pool itself is mosaic tiled and set within mature gardens, it is the ideal place to cool off and relax.
