In addition, we can sleep two more adults comfortably with our queen Lazy Boy pull out sofa in the living space. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night`s sleep after playing all day. Our mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have smart TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app. brbr Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms provide space for everyone. One is attached to the primary bedrooms and a 2nd is between two guest bedrooms and is accessible from the main part of the house. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. brbr Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. With a drip coffee maker, everyone can enjoy their favorite cup just like they do at home. We provide ground coffee and filters for your stay. Indoor and outdoor dining and drinkware are provided for you. We also have oil, spices, condiments, barbeque utensils and more. br br Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and offers very comfortable seating. You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the chillier months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective. There are also many available uncovered parking spaces as well as RV parking for trailers and toys.brbrGuests will have full access to the condo space, except for a locked owner’s closet. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub area, along with the REC center. There is also an assigned covered parking spot provided but guests may also park in any uncovered parking space.brbrYour co-hosts, J and Amy, are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed.brbr*Our home is a No-Smoking and No Pets property and there will be a $300 fine if evidence of either is found. brbr*Quiet hours are home 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
