All of the Smart TVs are with no cameras connected.br brThe property is equipped with 4 security video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard).brInside the house is a noise detector.brbrIt is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's. br6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip)br brPlease note:br brPrivate swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside.brbrThere is no pool heating fee in the summer.brbrIn May, September, and October, the pool has to be preheated before arrival for $95.00. This house is not in a typical residential neighborhood with houses on top of you, this is custom community with half acre lots or larger, very few neighbors. Do not be fooled by these cramped track homes with tiny bedrooms and photoshopped pictures, this is the real thing with huge rooms and high ceilings .brbrFrom the moment you walk on the property you realize the possibilities of comfortably relaxing, cooking and entertaining. WiFi is available and the whole house (inside and out) offers a sound system, allowing you the opportunity to connect your music devices. brbrThe chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook at home...just one trip to the nearby grocery store for fresh and specialty items is all that's required.
