The property is located in North Lake Tahoe in beautiful Incline Village on the hills at the Bitterbrush II complex with a 5-minute drive to the lake, markets and the Hyatt resort, and 3-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort. NorthStar ski resort is 15-20 minutes away, Mount Rose is 15 minutes away and the ski resorts and casinos in South Tahoe are 20-30 minutes away. brbrThe two-story unit has an attached one car garage as well as a carport. It sleeps up to 5 people (2 Queen beds in the 2 identical master bedrooms and a convertible Queen sofa bed in the living room). Most sofa beds are very uncomfortable but this new one we bought is extremely comfortable. brbrThe condo has a fireplace and is equipped with a 46' flat screen TV with Dish service, WiFi, DVD player, stereo+CD player boom box, Wii Game Console and TV screen in the bedroom, kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, pans, pots, board games, inflatable baby bath, etc. The bathrooms have high-end hotel amenities that cover all your basic needs. The unit also has a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener located in the garage. brbrNote that the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor and living space and kitchen on the 3rd floor.
