Unit was painted in July, 2024, and has new vinyl wood floors throughout.brbrCondo is on ground floor of a gated property, with fully equipped kitchen (including spices, and basic condiments). Full sized refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. Has a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and a disposal. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods supplied.
