Additional parking is available in the back of the parking lot and on the street. Boats, trailers, or RV’s ARE NOT permitted. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. brbrPETS: Pets ARE NOT permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. brbrQUIET HOURS: The City of Biloxi asks for quiet hours to be between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This means no loud music or high-energy activity during these hours. brbrWET CLOTHING/ITEMS: Please do not leave any wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture or beds. brbrPERSONAL ITEMS: Any personal items or possessions that are left after your departure are not the responsibility of the host. The host will make every reasonable effort to return the items to the guest, at the guest’s expense. Any items not claimed or arrangements for return have not been made after 2 weeks will be considered abandoned property. brbrDAMAGES: Any loss and/or damages are to be reported to Property Management IMMEDIATELY.
