On the upper floor an open living room with a large glass sliding door and a south-facing balcony. A hall with panoramic glazing and a large ceiling opening connects the living room with the open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Through the sliding doors in the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace with outdoor table. A round staircase takes you to the downstairs hall of the villa. From the hall you have access to the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and direct access to the outdoor terrace with its own private swimming pool (new construction 2022). The outdoor area has a beautiful lounge set and sun loungers by the pool overlooking the sea. Enjoy until the late evening hours.brThe Villa Rosa is located in the south of Messinia in the Peloponnese in the small village of Kamaria near Foinikounta (Finikounda). The Villa Rosa offers the ideal starting point for walks and excursions, for example to the castle in Methoni, Koroni or Pilos. The beautiful waterfalls of Polilimnio and the dreamy Voidokilia beach at Gialova. To play golf, go to Costa Navarino, the best golf course in Europe!
