This apartment is a 25 square meter single room apartment for 1 to 2 people upstairs and has the following amenities: double bed, pantry - kitchen with fridge and stove, bathroom with shower / WC, cable TV, DVD player, CD system with radio, Wi-Fi, mini-library, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, towels, bathrobe, bed linen, hair dryer and other utensils. You will be provided with an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner.  This apartment is a Non smoking apartment with separate entrance and has access to the idyllic rock garden. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets. brbrMAISON ARTThe apartment house MAISON ART is a former captain's house and is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the middle of Warnemünde. The four lovingly and individually furnished apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, parquet floors, pantry kitchens and shower baths. They have a separate entrance and have access to the idyllic rock garden behind the house. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets. A fenced parking lot is available for a fee of 7.50 €. be made available per day and is payable in cash on the spot. The parking lot is located at the entrance of Warnemünde and is about 900 meters from the apartment house. Please contact us after booking by phone or email if you would like to book a parking space. The number is limited, so we have to check availability.brbrThe price includes the rental price per night & apartment including utilities. brThe final cleaning is additional. At Easter and between Christmas and New Year's Eve, the prices of the main season apply. Lovingly restored Wilhelminian style villa directly at the park. An oasis of peace and yet centrally located near the beach. The large sandy beach can be reached in 3 minutes walk. The apartment convinces with comfort and cosiness. Furnished in the Danish style, the apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a shower / WC, a kitchen (in which you can find everything you need, according to previous guests). From the furnished balcony you can look into the spa park. An elevator system provides comfort, which especially older guests appreciate. It is a very bright apartment. The bedroom has a large window to the park. In the living room there are 2 glass doors to the balcony and in addition there is a large window to the east (sunrise) in the living room. The bathroom has a large window also to the east (sunny). The single garage in the garage complex Weidenweg and 1 bike we provide our guests without charge. A travel cot (children up to 3 years) we can provide you for a fee (once 15 euros). Please bring pillows, blankets and bed linen for the cot. 25% deposit, at least 100 Euro, within 7 days after booking on the account, balance 4 weeks before arrival on the account. Arrival from 15 o'clock departure until 10 o'clockbrbrArrivals are possible from 15:00 to 19:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

The apartment includes a balcony, spacious hall and two tastefully furnished rooms. These are the large living area with kitchenette, flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a dining table and the bedroom with double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and a ceramic hob with oven. An underground parking space is available also at your disposal, only for normal passenger cars, not larger vehicles (SUVs or ...) The apartment is very well suited to two people. The apartment is completely tiled and well suited for allergy sufferers.  W-LAN in the apartment available You can reach your apartment with an elevator directly from the underground car park.brbrWelcome A trip to Wilhelmshöhe with a fantastic panoramic view over the cliffs gives nature lovers a rapture. Regular bus service to Warnemünde / Rostock or towards Wismar can be used for exploring the region. An underground parking space is also available for a fee at leisure. 35% deposit of the total price within 7 days after booking on the account, balance payable 14 days before arrival on the account. No pets Arrival and departure on a Sunday is only possible with an extra charge for final cleaning.
