Especially in the summer months, it is difficult to choose from the many cultural attractions along the lagoon coast and the neighbouring towns and villages. Highlights such as the Haff or harbour days in Ueckermünde, Greifswald or Anklam attract thousands of visitors. The Störtebecker and Vineta Festivals must be booked in advance. From Meiersberg it is about 15 minutes by car to the bathing beaches and marinas.brbrThe holiday flat is located in the outbuilding with a separate entrance. The property includes a lawn for sunbathing, a well-kept but rustic garden with a romantic garden pond and a seating area covered with wine and real hops, barbecue area. The property is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. On the adjoining 0.5 ha of open space there is plenty of room to run around. The adjoining quiet forest area is particularly inviting for collecting forest fruits in autumn. With a fishing licence you can catch some big fish at the river Zarow (at the edge of the village - 5 minutes) or at the lagoon. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern, rustically furnished holiday home flat, which serves a comfortable holiday for 2 people (all points of a 3 star holiday flat are fulfilled). The living space in the upper flat is divided into a bed-sitting room with a spacious double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is a sideboard in front of the bed that offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. A high chair is available free of charge for very young guests. The centrepiece of the flat is the 36 m² living room and bedroom, with a 40 m² roof terrace to go out and soak up the sun, with an integrated kitchenette, a dining area and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Relax after a day out while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV and TV-USB connection provides entertainment. The open-plan kitchen allows you to cater for yourself with a four-zone hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster and kettle to a coffee machine. The turning staircase leads to the large roof terrace approx. 40 square metres, with hanging chair, whirlpool which can also be used on request (for a fee) and lounge furniture to sit on. The 110 sqm holiday home for max. 4 people and a baby is located on a 500 sqm, separate and fully fenced recreational property for exclusive use, only about 200 m from the Szczecin Lagoon.the semi-detached house, a former farmhouse, was extensively renovated and completely refurbished from 2021 to 2023 (first occupancy June 2023). It extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, smart TV with preparation for well-known streaming services, secretary/desk, dining table, wood-burning stove), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed) and a guest WC with washing machine. On the upper floor there is a further bedroom (1 x double bed) with an unobstructed view of the lagoon and a bathroom with shower/WC. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, a balcony, barbecue, sun loungers, secure storage for bicycles and a car park. The house is equipped with a modern heat pump (underfloor heating) and a wood-burning stove. The natural bathing beach is particularly suitable for swimming with children due to the gently sloping ground. There is a sunbathing lawn, playground and beach kiosk. There is also a dog beach. The village also has two harbours selling freshly caught fish and a ferry connection to Neuwarp in Poland, a restaurant and a shop with a bakery. The beautiful wooded surroundings offer the best conditions for nature holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. The region is also easy to explore by bike thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde with its famous zoo, a climbing park, boat hire, passenger boat trips to Poland and Usedom and a cinema is around 17 kilometres from Altwarp.
