Restaurants are located within a radius of a few hundred metres and the apartment was completely modernised and refurnished in 2023. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, dining counter, radio), an open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there is an open-plan sleeping area (double bed) and another bedroom (sofa bed). The apartment is heated by central heating. A high chair and a cot can be provided for small children.
