This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! Large 3 bedroom apartment with big living room, full kitchen, full equipment,2 parking, wifi,2 bathrooms and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and two pull-out sofas. The first bedroom includes two double beds, the second one has two double beds as well and the third bedroom includes two bunk beds. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit. The security deposit is 300$ for the other group. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash at arrival.
