This building has 3 elevators, multiple sets of steps, outdoor shower, pool, 2 beach entrances (1 of which is handicap accessible), luggage carts, a bike rack, etc. The unit itself has been beautifully refinished and offers exceptional views. Having the benefit of a southern facing private balcony, looking one way will boast incredible views of the ocean waves while looking the other way over the pool and into the bay will catch the greatest of sunsets. There's not much of a better feeling than getting up, grabbing a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony while waking up to the smell and sound of the ocean. brbrWhen entering the unit you'll have an immense feel of relaxation with the cleanliness, openness, and calming decor it offers. The open kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked if you'd like to stay in and cook instead of going out to one of the most popular restaurants, most of which are within walking distance. The dining area overlooks the pool then bay from afar out of the front window. The living room features a 65 smart tv with cable or the ability to log in to some apps with wifi available. There are 2 entrances to the private balcony, one from the living room and the other from the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom is a very generous size with a king size bed, ocean view from the window, a full Master bathroom. The second bedroom is also a very nice size and is equipped with a queen size bed and pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is plenty of storage within the unit with dressers and closets in the bedrooms, a double closet at the entrance to the unit, wall to wall cabinets in the kitchen, and also in the laundry room. brbr2 parking spots are numbered in the lot, dedicated to this unit.
