This is one of the nicest condos in the building with many upgrades that include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. You'll also love relaxing and swimming in the outdoor pool! This condo has a king size bed in the main bedroom and two twin sized beds in the second bedroom. The living room also includes a full sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo also offers free high speed internet/WIFI, and one assigned parking spot. This condo is on the thirteenth floor and the building has an elevator as well as a separate building coin operated laundry room. There are TVs in the Master bedroom and living room offer cable TV. The TVs in the living room and master bedroom are also Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials.) The 9400 building is located right on the beach and is close to grocery stores, the Gold Coast Mall, and restaurants like Blue Fish and Liquid Assets.
