The first bedroom is off of this area and features a queen-sized bed and access to the rear deck. There are three bedrooms on the second story of the home. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, sitting -balcony and an ensuite full-bathroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two pyramid bunk sets. This cozy ground level condo is located on Lark Lane (off of 28th St.) and is approx. 1/2 mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or a 12-15 minute walk. This modern condo features vinly plank flooring throughout, new paint and a newer HVAC system. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds (4 single beds) allowing you to sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The condo has a split system HVAC unit in the living room and both bedrooms, very unique for this building so you will always be cool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and you have two unassigned parking spaces. There is also typically plenty of free street parking. This condo is at the west end of 28th St. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street.
