There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the nice views. The condos' end-unit location lets in a lot of nice natural light for an open feel. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. This condo has been extensively updated and is in good condition. Building amenities include an elevator, onsite parking and an outside shower. The beach is steps away and good restaurants, shopping, amusements and more are all within walking distance. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.
