The unit is NON SMOKING - NO PETS are allowed. Owner does have a hypoallergenic dog. There are amazing ocean views from the balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Watch the sunrise while you have coffee out on the balcony! No need to get on the elevator to go to the outdoor pool or the beach, 1st floor living is the best! As new owners in 2021, we completely redecorated the unit! All new paint and decorations; all new bedding; new furniture in the living room, dining room, master bedroom and enclosed den; new TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen had just been renovated prior, we added all new small appliances, dishes, etc. In 2022, the water heater, washer and dryer were replaced, a new HVAC system was installed and new carpet was put in all of the bedrooms. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom were renovated as well. The 2nd bedroom king bed installed 2025! The balcony furniture was replaced in 2025. We love for our guests to have a wonderful, relaxing place to stay when on vacation so we continuously take pride in upgrading the unit for our guests. Maximum occupancy is 7. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom now has a king bed, den has a twin day bed with a trundle (both full size twin mattresses), and there is a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.
