Outside, the garden is characterized by lawns, shaded areas furnished for relaxation and a pool with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Guests can also access the nearby I Lauri Golf Club, with fairways surrounded by trees and views of the sea. FIRST FLOOR — Accessible via internal and external stairs; three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (one without bidet and one with ornamental fireplace — all rooms are equipped with minibar and TV). SECOND FLOOR — Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.brPark:brThe villa is immersed in the wooded park of the I Lauri Golf Club, among shady lawns, olive trees, fruit trees, bamboo and a centuries-old oak tree. The garden is fenced and bordered by hedges. Several furnished seating areas are distributed around the villa, including a spacious dining area next to the pergola. Guests can use the outdoor spaces when the golf course is closed. Access is via an automatic bar with an entry code. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.brPool:brThe pool is located to the west of the villa and is accessible from the dining area under the pergola. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; internal and external lighting; chlorine purification system; access through three internal steps. The farmhouse lies in a peaceful location within the hills of the Val Menocchia, a 5km drive from the the idyllic beaches of Cupra Marittima, and 2.5km from the picturesque medieval hilltop village of Massignano.brSet on a working farm made up of vineyards and olive groves, the farmhouse has been newly renovated, providing its guests with modern comfort in a rustic setting.brThe town of Massignano is one of many beautiful hilltop villages located among the rolling hills of the Marche region.brThe property is comprised of 5 self-contained apartments, each with their own full bathroom and kitchen facilities.brThe largest apartment sits across the 1st floor of the main farmhouse and includes a dining room, loungeroom, full kitchen and full bathroom, along with 2 sun terraces - a smaller terrace facing east for the morning sunshine, and a large terrace facing west, perfect for outdoor sunset dining.brThe ground floor of the main farmhouse is split into 3 apartments, each with their own access, private bathrooms and kitchens with hobs and fridges - ideal for those guests who want some independence. One of the apartments includes a king size bed that may be split into 2 singles upon request.brThe 5th apartment sits separate to the main farmhouse in a small stone building that once used to be a smokehouse. It includes a full bathroom, kitchen and small sitting area.brThe immediate gardens are maintained organically, reflecting the farming methods used in the vineyard. Guests can expect to feel at one with nature here, rather than within an overly manicured setting.brMassignano - the picturesque medieval hilltop village - includes a newly renovated bar, small shop/cafe and a butcher. The area surrounding the old town is mostly rural farmland with a small, more modern residential neighbourhood. Restaurants and a pharmacy are located in the surrounding area.brGetting to and from the property will require a car. Although it is possible to walk to the old town of Massignano from the property, the hills of Marche are very steep. brCycling is extremely popular in the area, and cycling to and from the beach is very possible with the only incline being the final 1.5km journey back to the farmhouse. It is possible to hire bikes in Curpra Marittima with long coastal paths to explore.brThe farmhouse is at the end of a shared 'white road' (common in rural Italy), where there is ample parking space.

It is located in the territory of Massignano, a small medieval village in the hinterland a few km from Cupra Marittima. Apartment 2 (unit 10217791) consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room serves as a dining room, a kitchenette on one side, in this room there are 2 armchair beds; TV with digital terrestrial and satellite. From the dining room there is external access to the terrace. The double bedroom has a window. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle (no bidet); it is equipped with an extraction system since the window is absent. The terrace is large with a small table and awning awning. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is free wi-fi internet access (discreet speed). Also you can have a barbecue in the square.
