Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. About 400 meters along the beach you'll find a beach bar (chiringuito) serving drinks and food. You can also hire loungers and umbrellas here. Further on you'll find a small naturist beach. Within the urbanisation, there is a large community pool available. At night, with its clever use of lighting, this house takes on a very different feeling.
