Shopping, groceries are within 10 to 25 minutes away, large super-markets about 30 – 40 minutes in Salt-Pond along with a cultural area. A nice Gym (Studio-77) is about 20 car minutes away and a fresh farmer’s market on Saturdays. Museum and some events in the south are a good 60 minutes away in Hamilton and Dead-Mans-Cay.

The property has recently been built to very modern and high standards. The expansive ground floor has two ensuite bedrooms, one outdoor shower with an Atlantic view.
