You can share a plate of pasta on the beautiful terraces or retreat in private and relax in freshly renovated rooms. The villa has a private access to the lake and the apartment has a private dock. You can use it with your rented boat or with a taxi boat to discover the lake.brbrThe apartment consists of the second floor and the attic of this historic villa.brIt is possible to park two cars inside the courtyard and reach the private entrance of the house, independent from the other two apartments. The parking is best fit for two middle-sized cars, or a bigger one and a city-car.brbrThe accommodation is divided into two floors:brOn the first floor we find the dining room, a large living room and a kitchen where you can cook all together. If the weather is ideal, our suggestion is to eat on the outside terrace and enjoy a wonderful view. On the main floor there are also two rooms; the first room (bed 200x180cm) has a study corner that overlooks the most beautiful side of the lake at sunset, while the second room (bed 195x140cm) has a private terrace. The all-window front of the house gives a great view of the lake, and the terrace offers the opportunity to have a meal enjoying the relaxing garden.brbrSeveral amenities are present to give you the best possible experience; barbecue, air-conditioning, fireplace, Jacuzzi, and private berth with boat rental are among them.brbrThe villa develops on two floors. The ground one features a bedroom, a bathroom, and the living room, with an open-space kitchen. This floor also has direct access to the garden.brbrThe first floor is composed of the second bathroom and the second bedroom.brbrOn one side of the garden, the jacuzzy and the external shower are present, while on the other side you can find a barbecue area with a small table. brbrOn the side of the villa there is a large porch. It can be shaded for the best comfort and it can also be completely closed if the weather becomes a little bit more chilly.brbrThe communal gardens allow our guests to reach the lake for a dip.brbrThe villa, the garden, the jacuzzy, and the barbecue area are private. You will be the only one accessing them.brbrA private box is also available for the car. The box is not inside the property, but it is only 200 meters from it. The car can be temporarily left in front of the house, at the side of the road, while unloading the luggage.brbrThe jacuzzi is available all year around. We completely change the water after every check-out. During the winter season, it might take some time before the water reaches back the desired temperature, so you may need to wait until evening. Please keep it covered to speed up the process.brbrA private berth is available to dock a boat. You will be able to explore the lake without moving the car. We can help arranging a boat rental.brbrWe are always available via phone. After a full renovation, the hotel was converted to residences with particular attention paid to the finishings and architectural details of its period. There is a shared fitness area (older equipment) and a pool that is typically open and available from May 1 to October 1. brbrPlease take note: The pool is closed from October 1 to mid to end April) and is closed periodically for maintenance. brbrTwo underground parking spaces are available. From the parking space level, the elevator access requires you to go up one flight of stairs to the ground floor where you will find the elevator. brbrThose that are not comfortable using stairs, can be dropped off at the buildings main entrance. (You will find a curb and one step up to the door) to this ground floor level where you can access the elevator to the 4th floor. br brThe apartment has be restored, and incorporates beautiful teak in the main living areas and bedrooms, and marble tile from Italian quarries in the bathrooms. All furnishings, appliances, dinnerware are also in good condition and ready for you to enjoy.
