It's a perfect escape from the busy city life. brbrThis rustic cottage - eco friendly - has walls that are 18 inches thick, a built in fire place in the second bedroom for warmth and ambiance in the winter, and cool in the summer. brbrThis cottage is set up for up to two couple, one couple on the main floor, and there is another bedroom downstairs that can accommodate the second couple who share the bathroom on the main floor with you.brbrA two story structure, the living space with the kitchen, one bathroom, main bedroom and dining and relaxing area for 4 people are upstairs. A unique form of Glamping for those who enjoy unique green earth friendly environments. We do have many stairs from where you park to walk to the cottage.brbrArrive walking down the white stone stairs, pass exotic bamboos and herbs, flowers in the garden to the top floor of the two level structure. All done in harmony with nature, and improve air quality. Here is a hammock waiting, a lounger and benches to stretch out on as you look across the mountain vista as if sitting in your own tree house. Perfect space to sip your coffee or tea and feel at one with nature. There is a table and chairs to dine. There is also the open air under the roof kitchen with a small fridge, stove cook top, sink with hot and cold water and all the pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and dishes to enjoy your meal. This is the place to totally disconnect and be in nature. If you love to write, enjoy painting and sketching, play a musical instrument, this is the place to be inspired. Bring your yoga mat and find your perfect spot to meditate. You will feel the energy of being in the mountains. Across the valley you can barely see the other houses. br brbrBring your swim suites and hike out to the waterfalls. The first is a 20 min hike and the second falls is an addition 45 min. The re e is no need to get in your car as you walk from the Cob Cottage.brbrAlso bring your hiking boots as there are many hikes, starting right from our gardens. They have breathtaking views of the mountains.brbrWe have a second rental unit on the property and we live in the main house, so you may chose to interact with others, or be by yourself. The most spectacular view of the village of Jarabacoa, the best climate in the best environment, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, a safe place to spend with the family. Excellent and large area for bbq, beautiful pool area. The cabin has two kitchens, one cold and one hot, the hot is located at the level of the patio and has everything you need: a small friser, stove, dishes, tents, etc; the second kitchen has its stove, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils to make your stay a whole venture. All the rooms have their sheets, friezes, bed covers and pillows, the bathrooms have soap, white towels, hot and cold water, etc. In general the house has 4 rooms with their respective bathroom, plus 2 rooms that share a common bathroom located in the basement. It has three comfortably furnished terraces, a living room with television, where there is also a very comfortable sofa bed. Ample parking for several vehicles, large patio with its green grass. In the patio you will find an area for excellent BBQ, with all the comforts and facilities of an outdoor kitchen. It has a pool / jacuzi with a sunbathing area and to share with friends, a nice and spacious wooden deck where you can enjoy an excellent climate.
