You can reach the house through the stone paved streets of the old town in 5 min distance from the port (150m stone street and 60 steps). It sits on the top of the hill of the old harbour. From the front porch you can see the sea, the town of Korissia, Vourkari and Ioulida the beautiful capital of the island climbed in the centre of Kea towards the north east. The house was built by stone about eighty years ago and it is restored with care so that it keeps the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. Because of the thick stone walls and the traditionally made roof covered by soil the house is very well insulated and also it is very well ventilated with openings in the front and back.
