Moringa is part of our Vereda eco lodge compound.brYou have to climb some stone steps to acces Moringa.brWill you sleep on the first floor in the 4 post canopied king size bed where you can step onto your deck with a railing made of locally harvested wood and gaze across the garden below Maybe you would prefer the loft above with your double bed that hangs from the ceiling. You'll realize why there is no smoking in the palapa as you appreciate the unique linens and antique furniture (not to mention how dangerous that would be with a thatched roof). Either way, as you stand on your stone base under a open head that feels like a soft jungle rain, you will ask how so much luxury could have been crafted from the land. Is an open toilet surrounds by flowers.brbrbrThe other owner, Tatiana a recognized gourmet-chef and author, has designed her fantasy kitchen for you to use. After you eat, maybe you will want to take a dip in the fresh water pool and contemplate the hummingbirds flying joyfully or the sculptures that celebrate the local wildlife.brbrDurante el verano:brA todos nuestros posibles visitantes les notificamos que en temporada de lluvias surgen muchos más imprevistos que en otras fechas. El calor, los mosquitos( posibilidad de dengue) ,arañas y una variedad de vida silvestre. Estamos ubicados en la jungla por ende hay una cacofonia de sonidos de aves, gallos y gallinas así como perros del vecindario. Nuestro lugar se encuentra a unos 10 minutos de la playa caminando. En Vereda podrán disfrutar de mucha naturaleza por ende no son permitidas la fiestas y música fuerte. Contamos con una alberca de agua de pozo...una cocina abierta muy bien equipada decorada con esculturas y flores del jardín. Sabiendo los detalles de nuestro lugar todos son bien venidos. Refresh your spirit, relax your mind and reconnect at the top destination property in Yelapa.brbrThe space: We have two separate casitas on the property that adjoin each other. The rental includes both. The casitas are typical Palapa style of open, indoor/outdoor living. brbrNOTE: The house is not suitable to guest under the age of 10 years old. brbrMain casita: Faces the ocean with a full view of the Pueblo. It has an outstanding view of the ocean and out-of-this- world sunsets overlooking the pool. The kitchen is updated with top of the line appliances including a 6 burner stove, oven, full size fridge. The dinning room table seats 12 and is great for large dinner parties and excellent for board/card games after dinner. The main casita has three bedrooms. Bedroom one is located on the first floor and has a king size bed. Bedroom two is located on the second floor with a king size and single size bed. The master bedroom located on the second floor has king size bed and a 75 flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. brbrSecond casita: Face the mountains and jungle with views of the canyon heading towards the back waterfall. The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with a dinning table. The bathroom and shower are also located on the first floor. The bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a new pillow top kingsize bed a queen size bed. There is also a nice hammock with a dream catcher attached to it. brbrGuest access: We are located on the hill above the NE side of the bay just above the Hotel Lagunita. It's a 5 minute walk up approximately 300 stairs to get to our Casa.brbrUpon arrival: One of our staff members will greet you at the pier by Hotel Lagunita. If you like, they will have a mule to carry your luggage to the house. (Suggested tip is $100 pesos per trip for mule service) Once at the house they will take a few moments to get you familiarized with the property. brbrVarious details: There is a washer for clothing on the property. All beds have mosquito netting. All rooms have fans. brbrOur interaction with guests: We have a grounds keeper that comes daily and is available for anything that might arise. We can help in arranging activities, tours, etc., but the casa's themselves are in their own very private venue and other than basic maintenance, your time and privacy will be honored. We ask that guest don't use the pizza oven. If you would like to have a pizza night we can make arrangements for a chief to come to the house and make pizzas for you and your guest. Inquire within for pizza night pricing. brbrOur guests peace of mind: We have a bodega for our guest to lock up their valuables. The property additionally has video surveillance. We are committed to providing an environment for our guest that is safe and quiet with peace of mind during your stay. brbrHow to get to Yelapa: For starters you fly into Puerto Vallarta (PVR), Mexico. Yelapa is only accessible by boat so here are directions to catch a water taxi to Yelapa. The first and easiest place to catch a water taxi to Yelapa is located at the end of the Los Muertos Pier. Jump into a taxi and tell them you are heading to Yelapa and need to go to Los Muertos Pier and they will know where to take you to. Once they drop you off you will walk towards the water and pier which will be visible from drop off. As your walking down the block towards the water and the end of that block there is a Water Taxi booth you will see on your right. They can assist you in buying tickets for the water taxi to Yelapa. It usually cost around 350 peso for a round trip ticket. If you don't know how long you will be staying in Yelapa I recommend just buying a one way to ticket to Yelapa. It is advised to be at the end of the pier 10-15 minutes early just to make sure you make the trip to Yelapa. If you have extra luggage a tip is in order for the guys on the boat. Once you pull into Yelapa they will first stop at a pier on the left. Usually they ask if your going to Hotel Lagunita and this is where you want to get off the boat at. Heat, mosquitoes( possibility of dengue) ,spiders, and a variety of wildlife. We are located in the jungle so there is a cacophony of sounds of birds, roosters and chickens as well as neighborhood dogs. Our place is located about 10 minutes from the beach walking. In Vereda you can enjoy a lot of nature so parties and loud music are not allowed. We have a well water pool...a very well equipped open kitchen decorated with sculptures and flowers from the garden.
