There is also another double bedroom, a family bathroom and an additional shower room on this level.brbrTo the rear of the house is a sheltered gravelled garden with a picnic bench for eight. There are also recliners for sunny days a BBQ for sociable meals and a firepit for chilly evenings. Beyond, there is a further garden area bordering the river with steps down into the water- a perfect place to launch a kayak or paddleboard from but do be careful as the steps are steep and can be a bit slippery!
