There is parking for two cars on the drive outside the front door and once you enter you'll find three bedrooms (2 doubles and one bunk room) on the ground floor as well as a family shower room.
Once upstairs, you'll find why the spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area is on this level. It really feels like you're floating above the harbour - the large windows and glass balustrade on the balcony outside mean that you don't miss any of that view. This is a light and bright space,
