There is AC only in the principal bedroom as the rest of the rooms house can not be closed in as you can see from the pictures. The house is designed to move the breezes through it. If using AC we ask that you only use at night ( most people prefer natural air flow which is supplemented by fans) You will have to close all the windows and the door.
