A short path leads from the main terrace to the pool area. The 10m x 5m pool is 1.5m deep throughout.brbrThe house has a spacious kitchen with direct access to the main terrace and the spacious living-dining area with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and direct access to the outside area.
