We had a fantastic stay at Gaspar his home! Very neat and big house with a really nice swimming pool. He was ready to help whenever we needed something. The only watchout is that the navigation might send you the wrong way (there are 2 ways and 1 way is a dead end), but once you know this, you don’t get it wrong anymore. We would love to come back one day!

We read previous reviews regarding the heat of the property and being Scottish we booked with some trepidation but as the villa looked stunning went ahead anyway and so thankful that we did. The property is spotless and spacious with loads of outdoor and indoor space. Yes, I would agree that the villa is hot but probably no hotter than we would have expected but on arrival we were delighted to hear that good quality brand new air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms. I think this addition takes the villa to a whole new level. There was a small leak during our stay but the owner Gaspar arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to fix. Outstanding service Gaspar and thanks again. Within the property there are new good quality mattresses that make sleeping a pleasure and there is also an addition of a large screen TV in the lounge for evening viewing. Good quality kitchen utensils and plenty of glasses etc make cooking much easier. Travelling with teenagers the WiFi requires to be good and I had no complaints from my kids both inside and outside the premises. The pool is perfect for 6 people with steps leading in and gradual depth towards the deep end. It also remains warm through the day you so can swim early morning or late at night. The property is remote and you will require a car to get there although we walked to Manacor in 30 mins. The owner does provide some bicycles for you to use. The Garage is an added bonus if you hire a car. Great villa.

Stunning villa but lack of air conditioning made it unbearable. Unfortunately I booked before noticing there was no AC. We arrived at midnight and the house was hotter than any place I’ve ever been. Finally got to sleep at 4am with a wet towel over me. The next day had to buy 2 industrial fans for £150 but even with 2 fans on us and the ceiling fan it was unbearable and barely slept for 10 days. If you do anything apart from sit still you’ll be dripping with sweat. Cooking in the kitchen is unbearable due to the heat. The house is clearly build for the winter as one side of the house is made of a huge amount of glass ( very unusual for a house in the Mediterranean) as this acts like a greenhouse to heat the house through the day. The bizarre thing was that you could go out onto the bedroom balcony and it be really cool but back in the house it was like and oven. I’ve never seen a house retain heat like this. I don’t think you can realistically rent this house out in summer without AC. It’s unbearable and ruined the holiday for us. The house and pool and grounds are stunning but we wouldn’t return. With AC it would have been perfect. The only other issue is no bin collections- you have to constantly drive your rubbish and recycling into town to certain bins which is not great when you are supposed to be on holiday.

The home is beautiful and rustic typical Mallorquín style. Close to Manacor and surrounding beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Very comfortable and charming property.

Den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca zu genießen, war nicht schwer! Sehr viele gemütliche Sitzecken rund ums gesamte Häuschen und eine überaus bequeme Hängematte. Der sehr gepflegte Pool ist groß genug, um dort ein bisschen zu schwimmen. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Finca ist man mit dem Mietwagen sehr schnell am Supermarkt, sowie auch an schönen Buchten in Porto Christo. Das einzige „Manko“ ist unserer Meinung nach, dass in den Schlafräumen keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.. Nachts kühlte es kaum ab, wir mussten uns mit nassen Handtüchern aushelfen. Für uns kein Problem, sollte man nur bei der Auswahl beachten, falls man drauf Wert legt :)
