Here you will find red and white oleander blossoms alongside fragrant lavender and rosemary as well as a variety of decorative Mediterranean plants. Guests can spot the cheerful, mint-coloured shutters from afar, hinting at the carefree, beautiful days that lie ahead. The comfortably furnished covered terrace is sure to be everyone's favourite spot from early in the morning until late at night. The outdoor sofa set is very cosy and invites you to relax. Right outside the kitchen door you will find the brick barbecue, where you can grill fresh Mediterranean specialities. It is best to light the fire early in the evening. Game, set and match: For guests with a thirst for exercise, the property, which is surrounded by meadows and fields, offers enough space and equipment to play basketball or football or jump on the trampoline and maybe even have the chance to watch the game - budding tennis players: the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy is just around the corner. You can quickly wash off the sweat under the outdoor shower or in the outdoor pool before heading to the pool for another refreshing dip. You share the view of the mountains with your neighbour, but otherwise there is enough space and privacy for everyone. Half-height hedges form a natural boundary fence (there is also an alarm system with cameras). The long driveway leads to the outside stepped entrance of your Villa Llum, where you are greeted by two marble angels ready to shower you with an abundance of amenities. You will fall in love with the airy pool pavilion at first sight, as it offers you privacy and protection from the wind and sun, both covered and uncovered; it is also nice to sit under the pillars near the house on the wicker sofa or at the table, have breakfast in peace, enjoy a barbecue or review the highlights of a day at the beach.
