Three bedrooms, living room and family, room sleeps 6 people. (Two in each of the bedrooms) Big yard and a very nice deck with deck furniture in the back.brbrBOOKING INFO:brWe welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior issues and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:br--Users who are verified and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.br--Guests that are above the age of 25.br--Guests who are not bringing pets.brbrWe value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.brbr(For your safety and property safety ring cameras have been installed outside at the front and back of the house).brbr***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.)brWe can provide upon request in advance a Pack n Play portable crib, a baby High chair and 0-24m infant Tub (See picture). Please let us know as soon as you book so we can have the baby items ready. Guests are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.***brbrCHECK-IN INFO:br--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through the messenger.br--Check-in is between 4 and 9 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)br--Our cancellation policy is firm.brbrbrHOUSE AMMENITIES:br--Every guest based on guest count provided in the reservation gets a set of 3 towels (One Body, One Face and One Wash Cloth) for the duration of the stay. As a courtesy to our guests we also provide Washer&Dryer (located at the house lower level), detergent, and softener.br--This rental includes a MODERN KITCHEN WITH BIG ISLAND with a fridge/freezer, farmhouse sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.br--Along with coffee, Green tea and sweetener are provided.br--Salt/pepper are provided.br--A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage for clothing. There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet in the hallway next to the kitchenbr--A few board games/books are available for your use.br--Guests can park in the driveway--There is room for 3 vehicles to park on the driveway. Please do NOT block sidewalk. Free public street parking is also available during the day on the house side of the street.brbrTECHNOLOGY:br--Four flat screen smart TVs (one in the living room upstairs and one in the master bedroom on the main level, one in the 2nd bedroom with king and full beds, and one in the 4th bedroom with full and twin beds).br--Fast speed 800Mbps Wifi is provided.br--A washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement. Detergent provided.brbrbrbrHOUSE RULES:brbrWe are committed in providing a safe, clean and joyful environment for your stay. Please respect our home that we so thoughtfully prepared for you by following these simple rules:brbr● GUESTS: The maximum amount of Guests and Visitors combined in the house AT ANY TIME is 9.brbr-Extra Guests or visitors: If more guests or visitors than initially permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on our policies or we might request that you vacate the property. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.br-If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to preventbrany misunderstandings.brbr● NO PARTIES/EVENTS are to be held inside or outside the house.brbr● No pets allowed.brbr● NO SMOKING, vaping or E cigarettes of any kind are 100% NOT allowed indoors. There will be a minimum of $495 fee for ozone air cleaning services should this rule be violated.brbr● PARKING: The driveway can have up to 3 cars. Please park them closer to the house in order Not To Block the sidewalk. The village is very strict about that and we don’t want you to get a ticket. There is no overnight street parking.brbr● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. (We respect our neighbors and don’t want to disturb them!). Please be courteous with your volume level.brbr● Guests can’t tamper with the internet or the outside ring cameras. Any such action can lead to a cancellation of the reservation.brbr● Respect the CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT times (in 4p.m-9 p.m. / out no later than 10am) unless you’ve made other arrangements with us.brbr● Do NOT rearrange the furniturebrbr● TEMPERATURE: To conserve energy, please keep the thermostat between 66 and 74 degrees...Before leaving, please set the thermostat to 70. IN WINTER months please do NOT use A/C. It is winterized and can cause damages if turned on.brbr● If you have babies/infants, note that this home is not baby proofed.
