Art enthusiasts will be in their element, with studios and galleries dotted throughout the town, including The Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (both 0.5 miles). St Ives is home to some of Cornwall’s finest beaches, including the stunning Porthmeor Beach (less than 0.5 miles), which is known for its soft, golden sand and excellent surfing conditions. Enjoy day trips from St Ives to the lively market town of Penzance (9 miles) or the idyllic fishing village of Mousehole (11 miles).
