This unique property offers a peaceful and exclusive retreat in one of most preserved areas on the coastal line, while being a short ride away from urban areas. brbr brbrTHE SPACE brbrOur villa has a very large and airy living open area. It is divided between a dining area, a living room and an open plan kitchen. The whole space opens toward the sea. brbrThe kitchen has a double sink, high end appliances and a bar sitting area. It is fully equipped and comes with all the necessary utensils and condiments. It is completely suitable for guests who keep kosher. brbrThe living room has one large sofa, two arm chairs, one lounge chair and a coffee table. brbrThe dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. brbr brbrBedroom suite 1: Two queen size beds, two sitting areas, one large closet, en suite bathroom with double shower and toilets. brbrBedroom suite 2: Two queen size beds, one sitting area, one large closet, en suite bathroom with shower and toilets. brbrBedroom 3: one queen size bed, en suite bathroom shared with bedroom suite 2. brbrAll our bedrooms have high quality mattresses, luxury linens and pillows and all the windows have black out curtains. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish. brbrIf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. brbr brbrThe final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online. brbr brbrPASSPORT AND VAT brbr- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. brbr- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price. brbr- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. brbr- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT. brbr- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. brbr- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. brbr brbrTHE NEIGHBORHOOD brbr brbrBeit Yanai is a small village (moshav) located 10 minutes away from Netanya. It features one of the most beautiful beaches in the area: a large strip of sand with very little construction. Right next to Beit Yanai are Gedor Sea Reserve (which is a national park) and Berekhat Ya’ar Nature Reserve where you can enjoy nature and bird watching in season. brbrBeit Yanai is also a few minutes away from Kfar Vitkin where you can shop and sit at restaurants and cafes. brbr brbrTRANSPORTATION brbrWe highly recommend renting a car at the airport for you transfer to the villa and your daily trips. brbrPublic transportation is available in Beit Yanai but not extremely reliable.

While it is clean, comfortable, and fully functional, it is not a brand-new property. Some small details (like a light bulb, a window blind, or a minor fixture) may not always be perfect, and we won’t always be able to fix these immediately during your stay. brbrIf you’re looking for a sleek, hotel-like experience, this may not be the right fit. But if you love charm, space, and unbeatable sea views, you’ll feel right at home here enjoying morning coffee with sea breezes, lazy afternoons under the umbrellas, and evenings watching the sun dip into the water. brbr brbrThe villa is built on two ground floors. brbrUPPER FLOOR: brbrOrganized around the living room dining room and kitchen. brbr- The living room is cozy and comfortable and has a beautiful seaview instead of a TV. Kind size bed, double sofa bed (120cm), equipped with a TV. It has a private little patio and leads to the garden. brbr- Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with King size bed, full height closet, en suite full with bathroom with bathtub. brbr- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, full height closet brbr- Extra half bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink.
