The lovely south-facing balcony offers spectacular views of the opposite Piz Fess, over the village of Laax and the Rhine Valley. The apartment has a covered parking. Directly behind the house leads one of many beautiful trails in the mountains. The ski lifts are achievable in 10 to 20 minutes by Postbus.Bed-, bath- and kitchen- linen (CHF 20.00 per person), cleaning (CHF 80.00), parking, ancillary costs such as heating, electricity and water and local tax are included in the total.
