Situated on the Cotswolds Way route, our home is perfectly suited for family & friends to relax, explore nearby Cotswolds towns & villages and beautiful countryside!brbrWelcome to our lovely home, with beautiful rolling hills and walks on your doorstep, yet only a short walk into Dursley town centre.brbrGuests enter the property via the front door, where you will find the kitchen off to the right. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine & dryer, as well as plenty of kitchenware and storage space for guests.brbrContinuing through our home, is the dining and living area. The dining table comfortably sits four and there is plenty of comfy seating with a smart TV in the lounge area. Leading from the lounge area, there are full length French style patio doors that open up to the private garden, with outside lighting installed. It is a lovely outside space with dining furniture, making it a perfect for an evening drink or family meal!brbrHeading up to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with double size and a twin room with 2 ottoman single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is also the stylish family shower-room, with a separate WC downstairs. There is central gas heating throughout.brbrThere is one free car parking space to the rear of the property, with further on-street parking available, on a first come first served basis.brbrPlease no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.brbrUnfortunately we do not accept pets.brbrCHECK INbrCheck in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested.
