The apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from grocery stores, playgrounds, bus stops and gas stations.brbrThe space can accommodate up to 4 people in its two bedrooms and has a living room with a generous terrace that offers a wonderful view of the mountains. Panoramic Loft Colina Marei is perfect for a nice vacation with family or friends who want to discover Sinaia and its surroundings.brbrbrbr• We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.br• To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we strictly prohibit smoking indoors, but you're welcome to smoke on the terrace. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.br• To ensure everyone's comfort, we don't allow pets or parties in our property.br• Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs exceeding 3 hours from the standard hours will be subject to an additional 50% rent/day fee.br• If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.br• To guarantee a premium hospitality experience, we'll schedule an additional cleaning for stays over 7 nights to change linens, towels, and toiletries, and charge the guest accordingly.br• For safety reasons, please keep an eye on small children in all areas of the property.br• If you require an invoice for your stay, please let us know before confirming your booking.
