The Beacon is a spacious and well equipped home from home in the charming fishing village of St Monans.brLocated on a quiet street at the top of the brae (hill) it's perfectly located to have you on the coastal path or at the quaint harbour front in just a minute's easy stroll.brbrThe Beacon is a lovely family home, with comfortable furnishings throughout. It has two bedrooms; a spacious double and a bright and airy twin room accommodating up to four guests. Set over two levels, there is a family lounge with wood burning stove which has french doors opening through to the modern fitted kitchen with dining area on the ground floor There is a separate WC, utility room where you can easily store golf clubs, wellies and walking shoes and access to the enclosed courtyard to the rear which has garden furniture.brThe shower room is on the half landing of the staircase to the upper level, where both bedrooms are found. The twin room looks out over the garden area to the 'mair' behind, which is the village greenspace with playpark, tennis courts and open grass area.brWell behaved pets are most welcome by prior arrangement, and the area is very dog friendly.brbrGuests will be contacted prior to arrival with check in details.brWe stay locally so can be on hand to answer any questions/provide assistance as required.brbrThe East Neuk is a string of fishing villages connected by the coastal path. Harbourside is a lovely three bedroom double upper apartment, centrally positioned on the harbourfront of the traditional fishing village of St Monans. With three bedrooms, it is a lovely family home or ideal location for a getaway by the sea with friends. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from lounge, bedrooms and upper seating area- the perfect spot to pass the time with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.brbrTastefully decorated to provide a comfortable and welcoming home for the whole familybrHarbourside is a charming home and is well suited for up to six guests. External stairs to the rear of the building lead to the entrance hall on the first floor. The lounge with sea views has a fireplace, wide selection of games, books and DVDs and a dining area. Off the lounge is the compact but well equipped kitchen, ideal for trying out the abundance of local produce from nearby suppliers. The twin room, first double room and shower room complete the first floor. Stairs lead to the upper level where there is a seating area to make the most of the views, a second shower room and the second double bedroom. The quaint picture window gives a glimpse to the sea from your pillow- a wonderful sight to wake up to!brParking is on street, and there is a useful utility room and store at ground level, kitted out with buckets and spades and with plenty space to store bikes and golf clubs. brThe renowned East Pier Smokehouse is directly opposite the property and the coastal path is on the doorstep. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and will love the area just as much as their owners!brIf your group is larger, we also manage the lower property, East Pier View, so could accommodate up to eight guests between the two properties, do get in touch for details.brbrWe stay locally and will be a point of contact throughout your stay should you need usbrPets - allowed

This fabulous property is a first floor apartment situated towards the east end of the town in the seaside village of St Monans. Thanks to its size and location, it would particularly appeal to guests looking for a relaxing coastal escape.brbrOn arrival at Sage House there is on-street parking. On entering the property there is an internal stairway up to the first floor apartment where you enter a spacious hallway which leads to the lounge, kitchen and a small snug area. The luxurious modern dining kitchen is located on the first floor. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a lovely double Belfast sink, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer . There is also a dining table and chairs for four guests within the kitchen. The snug area houses a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The large spacious sitting room has a lovely wood-burning stove and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Beautifully finished, the sitting room is a lovely, comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining.brbrThe spacious family bathroom is located on the top floor. This is a great relaxing room with bath and overhead shower, wc and vanity unit, again all the fittings in this room are brand new.. A perfect place to unwind after a long day walking or golfing. The two double bedrooms are also located on the top floor - one has a super king-size bed and the other can made up with either two singles beds or together as another super king-size bed. The largest is to the rear of the property and is a bright bedroom. The other bedroom is to the front of the property.
