On arrival at The Tosh you will find plenty space for parking a good number of cars. Access to the house is through a beautifully presented courtyard and once inside you enter a large hall with a double height ceiling. One half of this is glazed and so the entire area is flooded with natural light, it is such a welcoming space.brbrAhead of you are two doors leading to the adjoining living rooms which are linked by glazed double doors. Going into the left hand living room will lead you to the stunning dining/kitchen which is a real focal point of the house.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect and at its heart is a pillar box red Aga. There are separate ovens and a hob for those that prefer. There is a beautiful and rustic wooden dining table which will easily seat 10 and this will no doubt be the scene of many a fabulous meal. There are patio doors leading out to the south facing garden which will be popular in the summer months. There is a pantry room off the kitchen and also a large utility room which has plenty of additional storage. There is a door from the utility room which takes you out to the side of the house.brbrCombining the kitchen and utility room you will have the following appliances, an electric Aga, an electric fan oven and grill, an induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
