Straight ahead of you is the entrance to the apartment. Once you have entered there is a quicker route to the car park so please don't unload straight away. The access from the car park has a ramp for easy access to the building.brbrUpon entering the apartment you will instantly notice how light and spacious Eva's View feels, walking into the kitchen you will see right away that we have tried to equip the kitchen for every type of traveller. We have provided a Dolce Gusto machine with a starter pack of pods for those that enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate. Atlas Place is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of our building just a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. Our town centre location means we are surrounded by local, independent shops as well as lots of restaurants, bars and parks. brWe can make Atlas Place suitable for families and friends supplying all sorts from beach towels to high chairs. We live half a mile from the property so here if you should ever need any help or advice. The house has been on our family for 30 years and has been lovingly renovated this year (2021) to the high standard you can see, We do have a small garden with seating for 8 as well as parking. We are on the main bus routes for day trips to surrounding Margate, Ramsgate and the beautiful city of Canterbury. Only 1.5 hours from London - the train station is a 5 minute walk.brWe are also only 30min from Folkestone where you can take the Eurotunnel to France. Calais in just 35mins
