Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Città della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV and safe are just few of the comforts that you can enjoy during your stay in our accomodations. Our agriturismo offers different services such as large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, fitness room, playground area and playroom for children. Our location, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, is perfect to start many daily excursions to the most stunning villages in Umbria and Tuscany: Città della Pieve, Perugia, Assisi, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena.brLarge and comfortable apartment located at the second floor, reachable by lift or stairs. It is composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two wide terraces. The apartment can accommodate up to six people and is ideal for spending, together with friends or family, your holidays between Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany in a beautiful farmhouse with swimming pool and Finnish sauna. The furnishings are comfortable and include air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini-stereo, telephone, internet and safe. The apartment was created many years ago from the renovation of the large warehouse-attics of a building adjacent to the main house. Our 7 comfortable and roomy independent apartments and holiday villas have been carefully restored to maintain the character and the style of a typical Umbrian farmhouse but with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and many others). During the stay you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting, walk through the olive groves and woods or in the nearby shaded paths in the woods and relax in the sun beside the panoramic pool, leaving your daily routine at home.brSughera is the largest apartment of the agriturismo, consisting of two floors that can accommodate up to 7 people (4+3). It has its own entrance with a large porchand a large private terrace, an ideal place to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. On the first floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Downstairs two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is also another apartment, the “Ginestra” studio that can accommodate 4 guests. If you are two families or a group of max 11 guests you can book both apartments so you have the whole building just for you.
