The Bushmansriver Tree-House is situated in the old tranquil Bushmansriver mouth village established in 1897. The area is a well known holiday destination surrounded by pristine beaches, big 5 game reserves and the Bushmansriver which can be navigated by boat for 31 km. brbrThe holiday home can accommodate 4 guests in two self catering rooms. One room is situated on the shady ground floor and the other on the first floor under the canopy of a huge Milkwood tree. Both rooms have king size beds with on-suite bathrooms ( Can be changed to singles if needed). Both Bathrooms have a shower, toilet and wash basin. brbrThe kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas burner, fridge/freezer, washing machine,skottle, toaster, pots & pans and eating utensils. Just outside the kitchen is an enclosed, wind protected area with a built-in braai with seating under the shady Milkwood tree. brbrThe house has wifi along with the benefit of limited load shedding in the Bushmansriver area. The accommodation has use of the reserve water tanks for cleaning and showering as the municipal water does cut off often. brbrThe Bushmans Tree-house is located within an easy 5min walk to the Bushmans slipway and river. Close access to the local shop (2min) and community tennis courts that can be used for a nominal fee.

Five bedrooms, one en suite. Four rooms with double beds, one with twin or Three double and two twin. There is a gas barbecue, Weber and Smeg stove as well as two refrigerators and a deep freeze. A separate area for pantry and dishwasher. Large covered deck for entertaining and small garden.brbrbrThe neighbourhoodbrbrbrBushmans is a unique coastal village where the general dealer, post office, deli, river and beach are all within close walking distance. On the square deli provides excellent fresh meals which comes in handy when you've had a day on the beach and just want to relax on the deck with a glass of wine and not bother to cook. Varied and various other activities such as game viewing and golf are also within 30km, or twenty minutes drive.brbrbrGetting aroundbrbrbrSecure parking for three cars is available as well as off street parking.brbrbrOther things to notebrBoesmansriviermond or Bushmans River Mouth, situated in the Eastern Cape along the R72 Sunshine Coast Tourist Route, between Port Elizabeth and East London. The nearest airport is in Port Elizabeth with regular flights to and from the major cities of South Africa. Kenton on Sea is 5 minutes away, Port Alfred 15 minutes from Port Alfred the settler city of Grahamstown, home to Rhodes University and where the infamous National Arts festival is held is only half an hour away. Another interesting visit is a wonderful pub, the Pig and Whistle in the old town of Bathurst on the outskirts of Port Alfred.brbr
