On arrival at the property there is ample parking, and when entering the front hall you will find a cloakroom and double doors leading to the wide main corridor. As you turn left you will see the heart of the home, an attractive open-plan family room which leads directly through to the large kitchen and breakfast room with central island. A well-equipped utility room sits behind the kitchen and a door leads you through to the hallway which frames the pretty central courtyard. As you continue along the main hallway you will find the formal dining room with seating for ten, and glazed doors leading through to a lovely sun room with great views of the garden and access to a large patio area. Continue along the hall to a study and play room, and next is the dual aspect sitting room with plenty of seating for all the family, a wood burning fire, large television, and double aspect views of the garden.brbrFour of the bedrooms can be found in the bedroom wing of the house, the first being a 6' super-king size with sitting area, an en-suite shower room and doors to the courtyard garden.
