Tax will have to pay:brRental price per night: € 840/7 nights = € 120 per nightbrPrice per night: 120 € / 4 occupants = 30 € per nightbrPrice of the tourist tax per night: 30 € x 2.20% = 0.66% tourist taxbrTourist tax to be billed: 0.66% x 7 nights x 3 subject = € 13.86br• Another example: a family made up of 2 adults and 1 child aged 10 who have stayed 1 night in an unclassified residence for a price of € 330 excl. Tax will have to pay:brPrice per night: 500 € / 3 occupants = 166. 67 € per nightbrTax rate per night: 166. 67 € x 2.20% = 3. 67 € tourist tax.brAs a reminder, the amount of the inter-municipal tourist tax is capped at € 3.20.brTourist tax to be invoiced: € 3.20 x 2 taxable persons = € 6.40brbrWill be exempt: those under 18, holders of a seasonal contract employed on the territory of the community of municipalities, people who occupy premises whose rent per day is less than 1 €, people benefiting from accommodation emergency or temporary relocation.
