It is close to the market town of Llanrwst. It is only a 20-minute drive away from Conwy Castle and the coast or Betws Y Coed. A semi-detached residence, Ty’r Efail has 3 bedrooms. On the bottom floor, you will find a large, open-plan kitchen-living room-diner area with comfy seating and an electric log fire. Additionally, there is a utility room, one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite wet room. The upper floor has one double bedroom, a large twin room with an extra day bed with a full-sized slide-under single, which can accommodate a total of four in this room. NB. The day bed and slide-out is only suitable for children under the age of 14 years old. There is a family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate shower. The property features a garden with a big patio that overlooks a small stream and open fields next to the cottage.
