Our villa is set in one of the best locations for Moraira, not a long drive along the coast road or often where you have to walk along a busy road but up in the hills just behind Moraira town, lovely residential area easy and safe to walk either to the Tabaira centre where you’ll find a small but decent supermarket, a patisserie, florist, a restaurant/bar and another bar both serve food including breakfast, all a 5-7 min stroll, slightly uphill in places but not arduous, or if you walk into Moraira down the hill and along the vineyard this takes 20-30 minutes, 3-5 minute drive. brbrMoraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.brbrThe villa itself is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious, exceptionally well equipped, modern and stylish but most of all set in larger than normal grounds of 1100sqm. The comfortably furnished Naya patio area leads out to the garden with stylish stone table and chairs and BBQ. This villa is perfect for relaxing, the pool area is large enough and sits next to a large established garden planted with beautiful canary palm trees and mature shrubs. There are sunbeds and patio tables and chairs with sunshade if you want to sit around the pool area. The pool area has a Summer kitchen/bar with fridge freezer and well stocked shelves with plastic glasses perfect for pool area. There is also a shower and toilet for convenience. We have large beach towels stored a blanket box in the main bedroom for guests to use which are perfect for the sun beds and can be used on beach days.brbrThe interior accommodation is light and modern in style with furnishings of a quality and comfort not often seen in rental properties. We like to offer a home from home experience with nice little decorative touches. The beds are extremely comfortable with quality mattresses. The super-king bed has a very soft mattress with a thick top quality mattress topper. After a long day sunbathing you'll sleep well ready for another strenuous day! The further two king beds and two singles all have thick bamboo mattress toppers for the comfort of every guest. There is also a choice of firm or soft pillows all with quilted pillow protectors.brbrThe villa is all on one level apart from outside steps to the front door and inside there are a small set of stairs leading down to a guest king en-suite bedroom. If you are indoors we have air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. In the winter it is warm and cosy with full central heating (radiators in all rooms), reverse air conditioning and a sunny enclosed naya. brOur pool patio area is designed for outdoor alfresco dining (including large BBQ) but with plenty of shade if you need it under the umbrella, the covered naya or sun blind over the patio. There are outdoor tables and chairs in various locations to enable relaxed mealtimes.brIn the summer there is often a much welcome breeze.brThe main town bars and restaurants in Moraira are a short 4 minute drive away or approximately 25 minute leisurely stroll. Local shops, bars and restaurant at Tabaira are about a 15 minute walk but a car is recommended especially in the heat of the summer. Within a 40 minute drive are attractions such as the Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia. brbrInside there is a lounge with three piece suite, coffee table, side tables, sideboard, standard lamp, Smart TV with a limited range of British freeview channels. However, you can log into your Netflix/Prime etc account on the TV but please remember to log out when you leave. The front door enters directly into the lounge.
