Spacious Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa In Moraira with Large Private Pool and Sea Views

We had a lovely stay at the villa after a few initial hiccups. On arrival, the villa wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, but after a bit of cleaning it was comfortable for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom areas would benefit from a more thorough deep clean, and some of the fittings are showing their age. The dishwasher handle is broken, which makes it difficult to open, and the inside is a little rusty. The mattress in the master bedroom could also do with replacing for added comfort.That said, the villa itself is charming, with beautiful outdoor spaces. The pool area, BBQ, and outdoor dining area were highlights of our stay, and we spent most of our time there. Andrew was very accommodating and friendly, and overall we had a lovely, relaxing holiday. With a few updates and a deeper clean, this villa has the potential to be truly exceptional.

We found the property to be just as listed, clean, spacious and well equipped. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and roomy. The pool was amazing. The view is lovely. The owner was very helpful and gave us us great local advice.

Brilliant location and great home for a family holiday

We had a good stay. Checking in is super smooth.The pool is excellent!We had wonderful barbeques and great dinners in the outside eating area. The kitchen is equiped well, though the machinery is heavily used (the dishwasher is already rusty, though functional). The coffee maker is a pure joy!The important thing to know about the house - is that water pressure can hardly cover the needs of people taking showers, requires some patience for water to heat on.

We stayed as 4 adult friends, looking for a relaxing break in the sun. We were not disappointed! The villa is exactly as listed! Check in process was smooth, largely helped by the excellent communication from the host and help with directions etc. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The efficient aircon throughout was much appreciated as outside was scorching! Outside, the pool, gardens and patio area were well maintained and the various plants had clearly just been trimmed & tided ready for our arrival. The pool is a fantastic size, deep and a fabulous temperature. The view from the pool area and even more so from the upper terrace is stunning! The surrounding streets and area is lovely, with a very 'up market' feel and is very peaceful. There is an excellent supermarket a 7 - 10 minute walk down the road, although it is at the bottom of a hill, so we were glad to have a car to bring the shopping back! Once at the bottom of said hill, there are many good restaurants and bars (also a pharmacy, Tabac and other small shops) If you walk a little further towards Moraira itself (about 23 minutes from the villa) there are some great beachfront restaurants with fabulous food & stunning views! It is easy to get a taxi back from any of these if you don't fancy the walk back - just ask the restaurant to order you one! Moraira beach is sandy, with a couple of good bars/restaurants, toilets and a huge, free carpark. An excellent holiday!! We will be back!!

Wonderful stay in villa, good return contact with host, any concerns were dealt with quickly! Good position, if everyone is fit you can easily walk to bars and restaurant's and the beach. Taxi company Moraira taxi’s are the best, as the villa is on the cusp of Benissa some say you have to phone a Benissa taxi, not helpful but Moraira taxi’s come, the sun always shines in Moraira! A spacious villa but some TLC needed. Vrbo description needs updating as no Sky or freeview or hairdryer available. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was in need of a deep clean. Some guests quite clearly don't clean up after themselves. Location is great and the view is fabulous.

We was the first time on this location. The house is very nice and the outside place perfect with a realy nice view to the sea. we like it and hope to enjoy it again.

Having had holidays in Moraira for almost 20 years, staying in many lovely villas, this particular villa was one we looked forward to due to its position on the Urbanisation of San Jaime, a very prime position of Moraira. We weren't dissapointed, it's position very well established with a very private yet elevated backdrop, allowing beautiful vistas down over the green hillside dotted with other properties with the lush Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The Villa was short of nothing to make our stay as unique as we wished it to be; the villa was full of resources to entertain, ranging from a range of inflatabls fof young and old to enjoy the large pool, Bluetooth audio system with outside speakers for music whilst enjoying the large sunbed area and outside dining area and kitchen, as well as a serious gas bbq and Pizza oven ( we didn't use the pizza oven) . The bbq we particularly found extremely versatile for lunchtimes as well as the odd evening bbq. With beautiful restaurants so close such as Maxim at the bottom of the hill, easily walkable, and Katmandu Nepalise/Indian Restaurant a short drive away, i can confidentlyrecommend, the Kathmandu is simply the best Indian restaurant we have ever experienced, and I'm alm9st 60!. The Villa as a great raised veranda looking over the backdrop which we ended every night enjoying the wonderful view whilst drinking whatever our fancy. All in all, the villa promoted on Verbo is as good as it appears, relax and make memories to last.

Lovely villa, great location, superb pool. Unfortunately a lack of maintenance in recent years caused us a few issues. The owner was however very reactive and helpful which made a difference and made for a relaxing family holiday. If the same effort was applied to maintenance the villa would be 5* We all very much enjoyed our holiday and would visit again.
