This immaculate semi-detached townhouse on three levels overlooks La Marquesa Golf Course, providing very quick and easy access to the greens. The house is cosy and attractive, both inside and out, and is well-equipped and peaceful with all you could need for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor is a half bathroom, an open plan lounge/kitchen and the dining area, providing seating for four. For al fresco eating, the spacious front terrace allows you and your friends and family to dine with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and golf course. Upstairs are one bedroom with double bed, and one twin-bedded room - both have spacious double wardrobes and ceiling fans. The bathroom comes with a bathtub as well as a shower - the water pressure is excellent. The best views, and the most private sunbathing, can be enjoyed from the delightful rooftop sun terrace, which features two sun-loungers and a beach umbrella. The gated communal pool is a 1 minute walk along the pathway from the house. Folding sun loungers are available at the house for you to take to the pool. The surrounding area allows for some enjoyable walking with good views and some elevation.brbrWithin a 7 minute walk, and alongside the golf club are a supermarket and many restaurant choices, featuring Asian, international and local cuisine, Irish pub-style fare and cafes.
